Dear fearless Guardians,
You’ve probably already heard about Kerem’s epic first place victory in Zimriyah on Thursday night. What you may not have heard about was the great fun that Kerem had on the day before Zimriyah. After seeing the new Spiderman movie on Wednesday morning, we came back and had a great, chill afternoon. On Wednesday night, between Zimriyah rehearsals, Kerem had a Karaoke tournament! With a guest appearance by Bil Zarch, Yoni and Noga cruised to victory, with Amitai, Lishi, and Ben Breslow also appearing in the final rounds.
After the epic Zim victory, Kerem sprayed the whole camp with silly string as a new post-Zim masoret. We followed that up with a dance party and a barbecue to close out the amazing night. On Friday morning we began planning for a secret end of camp activity. You’ll probably be hearing more about it in a few weeks….
Shabbat was one of the hottest days in recent memory in the State of New Hampshire! Kerem helped everyone stay cool by hanging out in the air conditioned Kerem Lounge and by swimming in the Agam for hours. On Sunday night we got to participate in the staff dodgeball tournament. The Kerem team impressively won a few games!
Yesterday Kerem went to Chucksters, a local mini golf and mini amusement park. In the afternoon, they helped keep Hannaford in business by buying all of their food there. Once 2nd session families started to arrive, Kerem helped move luggage and welcome new families to camp. Special shoutout to Tamir, Katherine, Aya, Hannah, Aviav and some others who stayed out in the rain until the bitter end!
We’re headed to Water Country tomorrow, and we can’t wait to tell you about all the fun we’ll have.
