144 days until camp starts and everyone in the office is counting down the days until camp. Plans for the summer are coming together and over the next few months, we are going to be sharing a few sneak peeks of some of the cool things we have planned for our campers this summer. The best way to stay up to date on Yavneh developments for the summer is through our two main social media channels – Facebook and Instagram. We are using the hashtag #cantwaitforkayitz18 to create buzz and excitement for what promises to be another spectacular Yavneh summer. If you have something you want to share about why you are excited for camp on Instagram, be sure to tag us (@campyavneh) and use the hashtag #cantwaitforkayitz18 if you want to share a great Yavneh memory.
I am especially excited to share the news that camp is completely FULL for both sessions for Kayitz ’18. The positive buzz amongst our current families has brought many new families into camp. We are also seeing an incredibly high return rate amongst our current campers.
If you know someone who wants to come to Yavneh this summer but didn’t get their application in on time, tell them to submit an application online and they will be placed on a waiting list. Spots often open up due to unforeseen circumstances. And we are also recommending that you put your name on the list for 2019! That’s right – only 17 months until Kayitz ‘19.
Over the coming weeks, I will be (re)introducing you to some of the faces who will be at camp this summer. We will also be announcing Hanhallah, roshes and specialists. After all of those announcements, we may have to let the cat out of the bag and tell you about a few of the cool new features and programs that are coming to camp this summer.
Being connected to our social media channels will be the fastest way to learn all there is about Yavneh for 2018.
