There is also a summer Kolbo fee – $50 for kaytana/one session, $100 for the full summer.
Your initial deposit to reserve your child’s space may be paid by eCheck or credit card. In completing the application, you will be able to choose the payment method and frequency for the remaining balance. A 2% fee will be added to credit card payments beginning January 1, 2020.
In the event that camp is cancelled, we will be offering full tuition refunds. Details of how to request a refund, if the time comes, are below.
Here are three options in the case of a cancellation:
- Donate some or all of your 2020 tuition dollars (a tax-deductible gift that helps camp to bridge this difficult year) – Matched dollar for dollar.
- Roll over your tuition to 2021 (helps with cash flow)
- Request a refund
You also don’t need to choose just one option. We hope families that don’t feel they are in the position to donate all of the tuition will consider a combination of two or three options. We are so grateful for any help you are able to give to help us sustain camp far beyond 2020.
Session Change Fees
Families that reduce enrollment from full summer to one session will incur a fee as follows: a) Until December 1: no fee. b) December 2 – February 29: $300 fee. c) March 1 – May 14: $500 fee. d) From May 15: $1000 fee.
Families of single session camper that reduce enrollment from one session to Kaytana (if space is available) will incur a fee as follows: a) Until December 1: no fee. b) December 2 – February 29: $300 fee. c) March 1: $500 fee.
