Maayan Thee – Maayan has been so amazing with a camper who sits at her table. She is so good at calming him down and always takes initiative by offering to take time out of what she would otherwise be doing just to help this one overwhelmed camper. She has done such an amazing job infusing Hebrew into her tzrif and the kids adore her. She always has the biggest smile on her face and we are so lucky to have her in Gurim!!
Daniella Hanau – Daniella has really been going the extra mile this week! She is thoughtful about her interactions with her chanichim, observant in the tzrif, and on top of everything that goes down. Daniella has balanced her responsibilities as tzevet rikud with her bunk responsibilities, and has taught the whole aydah their dance with a smile.
Isaac Davenport – Isaac from day one has gone above and beyond. He is always eager to help out with anything and everything. . He is always on top of meds, and specific needs for all his chanichim. He is sensitive and understanding, always pushing through to better the aydah. His gusto, energy, and enthusiasm for the Machaneh is astounding. We love you! RAKATATITI – ISAAC!
Aaron Butler – Aaron is a phenomenal madrich. He knows his chanichim so well, and truly cares about each and every one of them. He always has an answer for everything, and consistently steps up as Rosh Tzrif (first and second month). He has taken on excellent leadership and always knows the chanichims’ needs, preventing any future problem from occurring. He greets his staff and aydah with a smile everyday, brightening up the energy around us. Thank you for all you do!
Ariel Ziri – Ariel Ziri is a superstar. After taking the huge leap from Gurim to Gefen he has really made his mark in the new aydah. He is a wonderful co, always making sure that his fellow madrichim are doing well. On top of that, he is incredible with the Gefs. Ariel has found a way to build respectful relationships with so many of the chanichim. Gefen is so lucky to have Ariel and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store.
